Class classification of clean room or clean room class
1. Class 10 refers to clean rooms with particles 0.5 microns or larger, but not more than 10 particles per cubic foot of air.
2. Class 100 refers to clean rooms with particles 0.5 microns or larger, but not more than 100 particles per cubic foot of air.
3. Class 1,000 refers to clean rooms with particles 0.5 microns or larger, but not more than 1,000 particles per cubic foot of air.
4. Class 10,000 refers to clean rooms with particles 0.5 microns or larger, but not more than 10,000 particles per cubic foot of air.
5. Class 100,000 refers to a clean room with particles 0.5 microns or larger, but not more than 100,000 particles per cubic foot of air.
